Chestnuts on the River in Rome, GA
On April 17, your chapter of the American Chestnut
Foundation manned a info booth at the Coosa River Basin
Initiative's (CRBI) annual Waterfest festival at Ridge Ferry
Park. The booth was well positioned near the chiropractor
tent, and as the day wore on, chestnut burs were traded for
deep neck massages! Many thanks go out to Tom Pachinger,
Mary Cipollini, Tim Chesnut, his sprouts Abby and Lily,
and Angela Fulbright for their help!
